Suicide

add

Suicide is not an easy subject to talk about. It can be very difficult to learn that someone you know is struggling with thoughts of suicide. Even though suicide can seem scary and overwhelming, it’s helpful to remember it’s not shameful or unusual to have thoughts of suicide.
